Business Analyst – Marketing Systems & Operations

Role Overview

Join Capricorn and help transform the way our Brand, Marketing & Experience team operates through technology solutions, process improvement and innovative thinking. As our Marketing Systems & Operations Analyst, you’ll connect our marketing team, technology team and external partners to deliver fit-for-purpose systems and streamlined processes.

What You Will Do

You’ll identify operational pain points, translate business needs into practical solutions and support the implementation and adoption of Martech platforms. You’ll also improve process documentation, support reporting, guide procurement activities and build capability across the team through training and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• 4+ years’ experience in marketing operations, systems analysis or business process improvement
• Strong CRM, Martech and marketing workflow expertise
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, take ownership of outcomes and proactively drive initiatives from concept through to implementation
• Proven ability to translate business needs into clear system and process requirements
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a continuous improvement mindset
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across technical teams, business users and vendors
• Experience developing process maps, procedures and operational documentation
• Strong digital capability and confidence applying technology to improve business outcomes
• Experience supporting system implementation, adoption and user training
• Experience with procurement, tenders and vendor management
• Exposure to project management platforms and CRM administration
