Advisor, Financial Operations (GPO Rebate Intake & Reporting)

Role Overview

Finance Operations is responsible for the oversight and overall performance of core financial processes, including pricing administration, rebates, cash application, chargebacks, billing, accounts payable, and employee travel & expense.

What You Will Do

Ensure accurate setup of GPO Admin Fees and Rebates in SAP, enhance reporting capabilities, create and schedule rebate and GPO Admin Fee reporting, and investigate issues through root cause analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, Accounting, or a related field
• 4+ years of relevant experience in Finance, Audit, Accounting, or a related field
• Experience with SAP, Vistex, legal contracts, data analysis, and data mining
• Strong Excel, Business Objects, and reporting skills
• Demonstrated knowledge of financial processes, accounting policies, systems, controls, and related workflows
• Experience working in a transactional finance environment with a strong understanding of internal controls
