Advisor, Financial Planning and Analysis

Role Overview

The Advisor, Finance Planning & Analysis role reports to the Manager, FP&A on the Corporate Consolidations team with visibility and engagement with the CFO, Finance Directors, Enterprise FP&A VP, and their teams. This role will be responsible for financial reporting, financial consolidations, and ad hoc analysis to support the Corporate FP&A Managers and Directors.

What You Will Do

Facilitate the consolidation of yearly budget and strategic financial planning processes; responsible for consolidated results for P&L and understanding key drivers and strategies of the Corporate functions. Generate monthly allocation of Corporate costs to Segments and consolidated variance analysis for P&L.

Requirements

• 3+ years’ experience in a finance function with at least 2 years in an FP&A role(s) within a large complex organization
• BA, BS or equivalent experience in related field
