Senior Marketing Manager

Role Overview

The Senior Marketing Manager is responsible for brand strategy, account-based marketing, digital marketing, demand generation, content strategy, and commercial sales enablement for WaveMark Solutions. This role will partner closely with Sales, Product Marketing, Commercial Enablement, customers, and agency partners to translate business priorities into high-impact marketing strategies and programs.

Drive the full customer engagement lifecycle, execute marketing programs that build brand awareness, generate demand, strengthen customer advocacy, and differentiate WaveMark Solutions value to support revenue goals and growth targets.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field or equivalent work experience
• 8+ years experience in B2B marketing, preferably within healthcare, medical technology, healthcare technology, or another complex solution-based environment
• Demonstrated experience developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns and demand-generation programs
• Experience with account-based marketing, customer marketing, customer advocacy, or related commercial marketing programs
• Familiarity with ABM platforms, CRM systems, marketing automation, and digital marketing analytics
• Strong ability to translate business strategy into actionable marketing plans
• Demonstrated success partnering with Sales and other cross-functional stakeholders
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to turn complex concepts into clear, compelling customer-facing messaging
• Strong project management skills and ability to lead multiple initiatives simultaneously
