Role Overview
The Business Development Executive supports the Business Development Manager by driving ground-level lead generation, outreach, and coordination. This role is responsible for conducting outbound cold calling, setting up meetings, gathering project and market information, and drafting quotations. The BDE is expected to generate and progress credible leads independently and is accountable for converting these into closed accounts.
What You Will Do
Key responsibilities include conducting outbound cold calling, setting up meetings, carrying out groundwork site visits, feeding timely and accurate ground-level information back to the BDM, drafting quotations, maintaining and updating the CRM system, following up on leads, and providing general coordination and administrative support to the BDM.

Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- A minimum of 1–2 years of B2B business development, sales support, or telesales experience
- Confident, persistent, and comfortable with outbound cold calling and fieldwork
- Well organized, with strong follow-up discipline and attention to detail
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Familiarity with CRM systems
- Comfort working with quotation formats/data and coordinating with the presales team on pricing inputs
