Role Overview

The Customer Success Manager owns a portfolio of customers and is responsible for building strong, long-term relationships that drive adoption, satisfaction, and growth.

What You Will Do

Key responsibilities include owning and managing customer portfolios, leading onboarding and implementation, building consultative relationships, driving product adoption, and monitoring customer health metrics.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Customer Success, Account Management, HR/recruitment, or a similar client-facing role in a SaaS environment
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills (verbal & written)
• Experience in leading projects
• Proactive, goal-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Experience with renewals, upselling, and customer retention strategies
• Strategic, consultative approach with strong problem-solving skills
• High emotional intelligence, empathy, and adaptability in fast-paced environments
• Have the mindset of being willing to learn and try new things
• Fluent in English and Finnish, both in writing and communication
