Role Overview

The Business Enablement Manager will drive commercial, operational, and execution excellence across the PI META business, partnering with commercial, supply chain, finance, and business teams to deliver data-driven insights and optimize business processes.

The role focuses on four key pillars: Commercial Excellence, Distributor Excellence, Order Enablement, and Business Analytics. The Business Enablement Manager will lead initiatives, develop tools, and build dashboards to drive strategic decision-making, operational efficiency, revenue growth, and business execution.

Requirements

• Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in Power BI, SAP, Salesforce, and Microsoft Office applications
• Proven project management capabilities with experience leading cross-functional initiatives
• Excellent communication, collaborator management, and organizational skills
• Strong influencing and negotiation skills with the ability to lead and drive outcomes without direct authority
