Role Overview
The Strategy Growth & Execution Manager will translate complex growth strategies into actionable execution plans with measurable business results. This role will partner with key stakeholders to drive prioritization, phasing, and resource management for growth initiatives.
What You Will Do
Consolidate and align growth strategies into an integrated annual execution roadmap, connect growth strategy with execution, and create a holistic growth plan with logical flow and smooth sequencing.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, finance, engineering, supply chain, or a related field
- Minimum of seven years of related work experience in strategy, transformation, business operations, commercial excellence, or a related area
- Experience in food ingredients, consumer goods, or B2B commercial organizations across Southeast Asia, Australia & New Zealand or multi-market Asia-Pacific roles
