Manager – Data Analytics & Data Engineering

Role Overview

Lead, mentor and manage a team of Data Analysts and Data Engineers. Deliver analytics solutions, business intelligence and reporting that support strategic and operational decision-making.

Oversee data engineering, data integration, automation, transformation and data quality initiatives. Drive the adoption and governance of modern data platforms.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of demonstrated experience in data analytics, business intelligence, data engineering, or a related field
• Strong hands-on experience with SQL, Power BI, Python and modern data platforms. (Microsoft Fabric/ Azure preferred)
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, problem-solving and project-delivery skills
