Role Overview
Build and run the FP&A and strategic finance function at cargo.one, owning the numbers and making data-driven decisions. The role involves building systems, running agents, and partnering with P&L owners to drive business growth.
What You Will Do
Build the engine, automate reporting, design commission and bonus plans, and drive the annual budget process. You will also contribute to papers and presentations for SLT and board meetings.

Requirements
- 5+ years owning or scrutinizing the numbers of B2B SaaS, usage based or platform businesses
- Experience building something with AI that someone relies on
- Ability to lead without authority and S-tier communication skills
