Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of experience
- Proven experience scaling performance marketing in a high-growth D2C or consumer-led business
- Strong track record of owning and scaling spend while improving return on investment
- Experience building and leading performance marketing teams
- Deep paid social expertise and belief in its scalability
- Commercially minded and outcome-focused
- Comfortable operating in fast-moving, low-structure environments
- Entrepreneurial: treating performance as a mini business within the business
