Join Carmoola as the Head of Growth Marketing to drive performance marketing, strategy, and team leadership. Responsibilities include owning the company’s performance marketing strategy, managing budgets, building and leading a team, and partnering with other departments.

Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years of experience
  • Proven experience scaling performance marketing in a high-growth D2C or consumer-led business
  • Strong track record of owning and scaling spend while improving return on investment
  • Experience building and leading performance marketing teams
  • Deep paid social expertise and belief in its scalability
  • Commercially minded and outcome-focused
  • Comfortable operating in fast-moving, low-structure environments
  • Entrepreneurial: treating performance as a mini business within the business
