Role Overview

Supporting technological direction and nurturing a high-performing team. Responsibilities include owning the end-to-end delivery of the MarTech platform roadmap, leading a high-performing platform delivery team, and driving integration between MarTech platforms and web, app, data, identity, content, analytics, and API capabilities.

Requirements

• Significant experience leading the delivery and evolution of MarTech platforms within complex organisations.
• Proven experience enabling marketing, personalisation, and customer engagement through multidisciplinary teams, vendor partners, and integrated technology solutions.
• Strong knowledge of tagging, personalisation, marketing automation, data flows, and the integration of MarTech platforms with wider digital capabilities.
• A degree-level qualification in Business, Technology, Marketing, or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant professional experience.
