Manager, FP&A

Role Overview

This role will represent the Finance function in cross-functional Digital initiatives by serving as a subject matter expert. You will ensure HFM data loads are timely, accurate, and compliant financial submissions. Lead and optimize financial systems and processes to enhance the quality of reporting, analysis, budgeting, and forecasting while maintaining adherence to regulatory requirements and corporate compliance standards.

What You Will Do

Conducts financial analysis, research, budgets, and forecasts to support short-term business goals and decisions. Prepares forecasts and performs financial modeling to develop recommendations for management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance / Accounting / Economics / Commerce / Business Administration
• 5+ years experience in FP&A
• Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint
• Power BI, CoPilot, AirTable experience is preferred
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills
