Responsible for developing and maintaining broker/seller relationships to sell wholesale and correspondent mortgage loan products. Performs duties in accordance with company’s policies and procedures, US state and federal laws and regulations.

Requirements

  • Developing and maintaining broker/seller relationships
  • Identifying, contacting, and gaining approval for new mortgage brokers and sellers
  • Establishing and continuing broker/seller relationship
  • Advising brokers/sellers of company programs, pricing, and submission policies and procedures
  • Assisting brokers/sellers in loan submission process
  • Training brokers/sellers on use of available online systems
  • Acting as liaison with outside broker and internal teams
  • Ensuring compliance deadlines are met
  • Maintaining customer confidential information
  • Managing loan pipeline to achieve departmental goals and objectives
  • Providing high level of customer service to brokers/sellers
