Responsible for developing and maintaining broker/seller relationships to sell wholesale and correspondent mortgage loan products. Performs duties in accordance with company’s policies and procedures, US state and federal laws and regulations.
Requirements
- Developing and maintaining broker/seller relationships
- Identifying, contacting, and gaining approval for new mortgage brokers and sellers
- Establishing and continuing broker/seller relationship
- Advising brokers/sellers of company programs, pricing, and submission policies and procedures
- Assisting brokers/sellers in loan submission process
- Training brokers/sellers on use of available online systems
- Acting as liaison with outside broker and internal teams
- Ensuring compliance deadlines are met
- Maintaining customer confidential information
- Managing loan pipeline to achieve departmental goals and objectives
- Providing high level of customer service to brokers/sellers
