Role Overview
Assist customers, share product information, give advice, and process transactions. Follow up on online customer quotes, cold call to qualify new leads, and support Outside Sales Reps as needed.
What You Will Do
Complete training to learn products, POS System, and paperwork. Assist in inventory control by conducting cycle counts and resolving overages/shortages.
