Part Time Sales Manager

Role Overview

As a Part Time Sales Manager, you will be the first face of the brand for growing families, congratulating new parents and grandparents, and helping them navigate every moment from preemie to size 14. You’ll lead a welcoming and inclusive environment, value and optimize skills and talents, and continually educate yourself and your team on product styles, features, and benefits.

What You Will Do

You’ll become a product and brand expert, welcome customers with a warm greeting, maintain a genuine customer focus, and consistently model service standards. You’ll lead and execute an assigned business focus area, perform Leader on Duty supervisor responsibilities, and utilize customer feedback to identify areas of opportunity.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to lift 40 pounds
• Frequent bending, stooping, reaching, pushing, and pulling
• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods
• Ability to climb up and down a ladder
• Availability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled
