On Site Full TimeSan Francisco, California, United StatesCartesia

Role Overview

Cartesia is building the future of real-time audio intelligence, and inbound demand for our models is growing fast. We’re looking for a hungry, high-velocity Inbound GTM Associate to own our inbound motion, similar to an Inbound SDR or BDR role elsewhere.

What You Will Do

Hit a quarterly target for qualified meetings sourced across our inbound channels, respond to inbound requests and high-intent signups within minutes, and get every lead to a clear next step the same day.

Why It Might Be a Fit

Client-facing experience is a must, and a background in tech sales is a plus. You’ll be the first conversation for developers, startups, and enterprises who reach out, getting each one to the right next step and helping set how we qualify, route, and hand off leads to AEs.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1–2 years of client-facing experience in sales development or a role that built similar muscles
  • A track record of outworking the people around you
  • Persistence and follow-through
  • A high-velocity work style
  • Resourcefulness without a playbook, and real curiosity about AI and how developers build with it
  • Bachelor’s degree with strong academic performance

Benefits

  • Competitive base salary
  • Attractive equity package
  • Fully covered medical insurance
  • Dental and vision insurance
  • 9 weeks paternity & 12 weeks maternity leave
  • 401(k)
  • Commuter Allowance
  • Flexible PTO
  • Meals & Snacks
  • Personal Yoshi
