Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, product marketing, or related roles
• An exceptional writer
• Highly self-motivated and comfortable operating with significant ownership and autonomy
• Strong paid media experience, particularly Meta
• You think deeply about consumer psychology and decision-making
• You’ve marketed a high-consideration product or service where trust, clarity, and communication materially influence purchasing decisions
• You combine creativity with analytical rigor
• Resourceful and low-ego
• Strong creative judgment and taste
