Analytics Engineer

Role Overview

Join Casey’s Analytics Solutions team as an Analytics Engineer and help shape how data is used across the organization. In this role, you’ll build the scalable Power BI models and analytical foundations that turn complex data into trusted, easy-to-use insights for teams across the business.

What You Will Do

Build analytics that scale, create better data models, optimize Power BI performance, partner across data and the business, set the standard, enable self-service analytics, teach, coach, and build capability, and be a trusted technical resource.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Analytics, Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent years of related work experience.
• 3-5 years of experience in analytics engineering, BI engineering, or semantic data modeling.
• Advanced Power BI expertise, with experience in semantic model design, DAX, Power Query, row-level security, and dimensional modeling.
• Proven experience optimizing Power BI performance, including query plans and refresh strategies.
• Proficiency with SQL and working with analytical data platforms.
