FP&A Specialist, Supply Chain

What You Will Do

As the finance partner to our Supply Chain teams, you will own the financial view of COGS, inventory and fulfilment performance across significant budgets and spend, and connect operational decisions to product margin and the P&L.

This role requires experience in management accounting, FP&A or commercial finance, including experience partnering operational teams, and a strong understanding of the P&L, COGS, gross margin and the ability to connect operational metrics to financial outcomes.

Requirements

• Experience in management accounting, FP&A or commercial finance
• Experience partnering operational teams
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Engineering, Business or a related field
• Professional accounting qualification such as CA, CPA or ACCA
• Strong financial modelling and Excel skills
• Experience with SQL, BI tools, NetSuite or logistics and 3PL data
• Strong analytical rigour and attention to detail
• Commercial judgement and the confidence to challenge the business
• Ability to operate independently as a senior individual contributor
