Senior Specialist, People Operations

Castlery is looking for a Senior Specialist, People Operations to join our team in Malaysia! The role will have a direct impact on the experience of our Castlery crew based in Malaysia, ensuring frictionless people operations, and growing and scaling the company.

Requirements

• At least 5 years’ experience in a people operations function
• Preferably, experience in a growth-stage start-up, and prior experience in a HR generalist or non-HR function
• Excellent understanding of Malaysian labour law and Employment Act
• Knowledge of the employment law in Singapore and/or Australia will be highly advantageous
