Financial Analyst

Role Overview

The Financial Analyst will help monitor the health of the business by preparing financial reports and supporting strategic planning. The role involves working closely with departmental leaders to manage forecasts, budgets, and headcount, as well as supporting compliance and improving financial processes.

What You Will Do

Prepare monthly profit and loss statements, lead meetings with department heads, participate in projects to improve efficiency and accuracy in processes, manage headcount, track and report revenue, review purchase orders, and perform other duties as assigned.

Why It Might Be a Fit

The ideal candidate will have a strong familiarity with US GAAP, experience with ERP systems, and a minimum of three years’ experience in finance and accounting.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in Accounting and/or Finance from an accredited institution
• Minimum of three years’ experience in finance and accounting
• At least one year of experience supporting manufacturing and distribution entities
• Strong familiarity with United States Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (US GAAP)
• Understanding and application of finance controls and SOX regulations
