Role Overview

The Product Operations Assistant provides critical operational and administrative support for the planning, coordination, execution, and monitoring of Go-to-Market (GTM) initiatives across products, categories, and business programs.

What You Will Do

Coordinate GTM project timelines, track action items, schedule meetings, maintain program documentation, and prepare presentations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Product Development, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • 1–2 years of experience in Calendar Management, Sourcing, or Production within a retail, wholesale apparel organization
  • Working knowledge of the product development calendar process and merchandise lifecycle
  • Strong organizational, time management, project-tracking, and follow-up skills
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic understanding of costing, sourcing, and production processes
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
