People Operations Lead

Role Overview

We’re hiring a People Operations Lead to own the internal operating system that keeps Pearl running as we grow from a few million to $100M in revenue. The role will build and run systems that help every team at Pearl grow, get feedback, stay aligned, and execute.

What You Will Do

The People Operations Lead will own the internal operating system, build and run systems, and support the founders on high-leverage internal work. This includes building a clear progression banding system, organizing scorecards, running review cycles, and managing sprints.
