Marketing Communications Coordinator

Role Overview

Supports the execution of marketing campaigns and related activities, including creative development, research, performance measurement, and internal alignment. Works with the marketing team to develop and align effective marketing tactics. Coordinates the execution of marketing campaigns and programs, including creative development, delivery, and stakeholder support.

What You Will Do

Supports business objectives and opportunities by helping develop and align effective marketing tactics. Conducts market and competitive research to identify new opportunities, customer needs, and industry trends. Monitors campaign and channel metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing tactics and initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. Experience supporting integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, email, web, events, or other channels is preferred.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• Experience supporting integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, email, web, events, or other channels
• Experience monitoring campaign performance and communicating results to stakeholders
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, timelines, and deliverables
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Power Automate, workflow automation, and process optimization is preferred
• Familiarity with marketing technology, analytics, content management, or creative tools is also preferred
