Role Overview
The Senior Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst will lead the end-to-end tariff accounting process, provide guidance and mentorship to team members, and review externally reported information. This role will work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where work will be highly visible at all levels of the company.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include consolidating and preparing tariffs forecast, monthly and quarterly financial analysis, supporting Caterpillar’s accountable methodology, and reviewing internal and external financial communications.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, and experience in a large global or publicly traded organization. They will also have experience in manufacturing, operations finance, or cost accounting, and experience developing reporting dashboards using Power BI or similar tools.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation
- Experience in a large global or publicly traded organization

- Demonstrated success driving process improvement, automation, and reporting enhancements
- Experience leading cross-functional finance projects and influencing business decisions
