SEO Site Manager

Role Overview

The SEO Site Manager is responsible for driving organic search visibility, discoverability, and AI search readiness across the Cat.com experience. This role serves as the primary SEO leader for the site, partnering with product managers, content strategists, developers, analytics teams, and the Enterprise SEO Center of Excellence to develop and execute a roadmap that improves traffic, engagement, and business outcomes.

What You Will Do

Own the SEO strategy and roadmap for Cat.com, identifying opportunities to improve organic visibility, traffic, customer engagement, and business outcomes. Lead technical SEO initiatives by partnering with product, engineering, and development teams to improve site architecture, crawlability, indexation, schema, page performance, and overall search health.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in SEO, digital marketing, content strategy, or related disciplines.
• Deep understanding of technical SEO, content optimization, information architecture, and analytics.
• Experience working with enterprise websites and large-scale content ecosystems.
• Experience using SEO platforms such as BrightEdge, Siteimprove, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and related tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into strategic recommendations.
