Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Development Manager to drive growth through strategic partnerships, new service models, and market expansion opportunities. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in identifying, developing, and managing strategic partnerships that generate referral pathways, revenue opportunities, and market growth.

Key responsibilities include developing and managing strategic partnerships, identifying and evaluating new business opportunities, leading the development of business cases, and building and maintaining a strong pipeline of partnership, referral, and market expansion opportunities.

Requirements

• Tertiary qualifications in Business, Health, Social Services, Management, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience)
• Demonstrated experience in business development, strategic partnerships, account management, or a similar role
• Strong tender writing, proposal development, and presentation skills
• Proven project management capability
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills
• A customer-centric mindset with strong commercial acumen
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience analysing data, developing business cases, and identifying growth opportunities
• Flexibility to travel as required for stakeholder engagement, presentations, and industry events
