Role Overview

We are looking for a Sales Manager to lead sales personnel and develop strong customer relationships at our sales center in Bryan, TX. The ideal candidate will have excellent organization and communication skills, and be able to work as part of a team.

What You Will Do

The Sales Manager will be responsible for hiring, training, and developing a team of sales consultants, integrating with office and operations staff, and implementing the Palm Harbor sales system and operating principles.

Requirements

• Two years sales experience with the company and/or the industry
• High School diploma
• College preferred
• No prior corrective counseling events
