Role Overview

The Data Analyst will interpret results, gather and clean data, and develop dashboards to communicate insights effectively. They will collaborate with data engineers and IT professionals to optimize data collection and storage processes.

The Data Analyst will use statistical methods to identify patterns and trends, develop and maintain dashboards and reports, and communicate complex analytical findings to technical and business stakeholders.

Requirements

• Experience with programming languages such as SQL, Python scripting, and Power Query

• Knowledge of statistical analysis techniques and concepts
• Experience developing and maintaining dashboards and reports using Tableau, Power BI, and Microsoft Excel
• Proven experience with ServiceNow and Snowflake or Data Lake for data retrieval and extraction
