Role Overview
This position works under minimal supervision to improve CEC’s market position and financial growth. The focus will target strategic opportunities and partnerships with Building Owners and End Users.
What You Will Do
Identify and generate sales opportunities, utilize Salesforce CRM, develop and implement strategic sales plans, and collaborate with estimating and operations groups.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
- Minimum of 5 years proven successful sales and business development experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Understanding of basic business finance principles
- Proven ability to act with integrity and build positive relationships with clients
- Proficient computer aptitude
- Ability to produce and present professional proposals and presentations
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Basic mechanical systems and application knowledge
