Role Overview
The Product Owner is responsible for defining, delivering, and continuously improving data and analytics products that support Contact Center and Omnichannel insights.
What You Will Do
Core responsibilities include leading the development and delivery of analytics products, establishing product roadmaps, creating user stories, and identifying opportunities to improve service performance and customer outcomes.

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product management, data analytics, or a related field
- Strong understanding of data and analytics products, and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience working with business stakeholders, technology teams, and data engineers to establish product priorities and manage the product roadmap
