Role Overview
The Financial Operations Specialist will be responsible for developing central financial processes and systems, focusing on efficiency, standardization, and scalability in accounting and liquidity planning. They will control end-to-end processes in AP/AR across various companies and project structures, set up a scalable invoicing system, and ensure a complete and traceable accounting system.
What You Will Do
The Financial Operations Specialist will record and formally review incoming invoices, create and manage outgoing invoices and credits, and further post to internal and external recipients in accordance with formal and tax requirements. They will also identify and implement automation potential in the sense of a KI-first approach to sustainable optimization of operational processes and data quality.
