Role Overview

We are looking for a Commercial Marketing Lead to play a leading role in commercial marketing for B2C and B2B directions. The job is based in Tbilisi.

Requirements

• At least 2-3 years of experience in marketing directions, preferably in commercial, product, or digital marketing
• Experience in campaign planning and execution, from idea to results evaluation
• Experience in Go-to-Market process management and coordination with various teams
• Ability to connect customer, product, and business goals and transform them into marketing initiatives
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Analytical thinking and the ability to make data-driven decisions and recommendations
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proactive attitude, accountability, and a focus on results
• Ability to quickly adapt to changing environments and prioritize effectively
• Good English skills – written and verbal communication
