Role Overview
The Global Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies and campaigns that drive growth within World Courier’s Strategic Accounts portfolio and support the adoption of priority services and solutions.
What You Will Do
Develop marketing programmes that support growth within World Courier’s Strategic Accounts portfolio, lead the development and execution of global marketing campaigns, and create targeted customer marketing initiatives that align with strategic business priorities and customer needs.

The ideal candidate has strong campaign planning and programme management skills, experience managing global launches and multi-channel marketing initiatives, and proficiency with Salesforce, Pardot, or other CRM and marketing automation platforms.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, demand generation, field marketing, campaign management, or product marketing
- Experience developing and executing global marketing campaigns and go-to-market launches
- Experience supporting strategic or enterprise customer segments within complex B2B organizations
- Strong understanding of marketing performance measurement, campaign reporting, and pipeline analysis
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively across regions and within a matrix organisation
