Marketing Technology Specialist

Role Overview

The Marketing Technology Specialist will collaborate with Marketing, Information Technology, and other internal and external stakeholders to develop, implement, and scale marketing and event tools and processes that support key business initiatives.

What You Will Do

The Marketing Technology Specialist will serve as a primary platform steward and operational owner for assigned marketing and event technology tools, maintain and curate best practices, job aids, and documentation, and facilitate Information Security, Legal, Privacy, and compliance reviews.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in digital marketing, marketing technology, or technical roles
• Working knowledge of business operations, systems requirements processes, and marketing technology platforms
• Experience with cloud-based marketing applications and tools
• Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple priorities, timelines, and stakeholders effectively
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and manage cross-functional relationships
• Knowledge of change management principles and end-user training strategies
