Role Overview

The Senior Marketing Manager owns the design, governance, and performance of international demand campaigns for HED/Gale, ensuring regional teams consistently deliver high-impact, revenue-driving programs. This role operates at the intersection of strategy and execution, setting the campaign framework, decision logic, and measurement standards that make global demand scalable and repeatable.

What You Will Do

Lead global demand campaign strategy and architecture, own and lead the global demand campaign framework for HED/Gale, define campaign objectives, target audiences, offers, channel mix, sequencing, timelines, and success metrics.

• Experience working in global or international marketing environments strongly preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• Typically 8+ years proven experience in campaign marketing, demand marketing, or related roles
