Role Overview

The MSO Market Growth Lead defines the sales strategy for multiple lines of business targeting specific markets. You will work on problems of diverse scope and complexity ranging from moderate to substantial. You will report to the Associate Director, Channel Development.

What You Will Do

You will develop and execute growth strategies for CenterWell’s MSO/IPA network. You will engage independent primary care practices on CenterWell’s MSO/IPA offering in the Seattle and Salt Lake City markets.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in provider network development, provider engagement or provider contracting.
  • Bachelor’s degree; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Must have value-based care knowledge.
  • Experience facilitating complex negotiations, providing insights that advance agreements with new provider partners.
  • Experience cultivating relationships and creating partnership opportunities with health plans and community organizations.
  • Knowledge of local market provider landscape.
