Role Overview
Collaborate with internal sales teams and retail partners to establish competitive pricing strategies across key accounts. Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and promotional activities to optimize pricing models.
What You Will Do
Analyze cost structures, identify cost-saving opportunities, and provide insights to improve gross margin and overall profitability. Utilize historical sales data and market intelligence to project future demand.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Strong analytical skills, proficiency in Excel, and experience with SAP are preferred. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Bilingual Korean preferred but not required
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Supply Chain, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in sales planning, category management, retail analytics, or pricing preferred (specifically in CPG or food manufacturing)
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel; experience with SAP a plus
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
