Senior Digital Marketing & Analytics Manager

Role Overview

Lead the development of scalable measurement, reporting, and insights capabilities to strengthen marketing performance and support firm growth objectives. Establish a unified marketing KPI framework, manage recurring reporting cadences, and deliver actionable insights to inform strategic decisions across Marketing, Sales, Finance, and senior leadership.

What You Will Do

Provide day-to-day direction for offshore analytics resources, lead end-to-end analytical projects, translate complex data into actionable recommendations, and develop and maintain standardized reports and executive dashboards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field
• Seven or more years of experience in marketing analytics, business analytics, data insights, performance measurement, or a related analytical function
• Experience developing KPI frameworks, dashboards, reporting cadences, and executive-ready insights
• Advanced proficiency with analytics, reporting, and visualization tools, including Excel and one or more platforms such as SQL, Power BI, Tableau, Python, R, or similar tools
• Strong understanding of marketing performance measurement, KPI frameworks, campaign analytics, attribution, channel performance, ROI, LTV/CAC, funnel metrics, and executive reporting cadences
