Business Development Manager

Role Overview

The Business Development Manager reports to the State Manager VIC and is responsible for driving revenue, inflows, and adviser engagement by partnering with financial advisers, licensees, and practices to help them grow, improve efficiency, and effectively use the company’s investment and platform solutions.

What You Will Do

Build and grow strong relationships with a portfolio of financial advisers and practices, drive net inflows and new business across platform, managed accounts, and investment solutions, identify growth opportunities, and provide strategic practice-development support.

• Proven ability to grow new business and retain adviser relationships in a competitive market

• Able to deliver structured practice-development conversations and business analysis
• Trusted adviser capable of building deep, long-term relationships
• Strong communication, presentation, and influencing skills
• Ability to interpret data, business metrics, and inflow pipelines
• RG146 compliant
