Salary: $75,000 – $85,000

Key Responsibilities (Sales Operations And Financial Reporting Analyst)

• Own and maintain CRM data accuracy, completeness, and integrity across the organization.
• Monitor sales pipelines, forecasts, customer activity, and operational metrics to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
• Partner with sales teams to identify and resolve missing or inaccurate data.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and key performance indicators (KPIs) for leadership.
• Support the preparation of recurring financial reports, including revenue, margin, and forecasting analysis.
• Reconcile sales and operational data with financial results, investigating variances and ensuring consistency across systems.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and month-over-month financial analysis.

Preferred Qualifications (Sales Operations And Financial Reporting Analyst)

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including financial analysis, reporting, and modeling.
• Solid understanding of financial concepts, including revenue, margins, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Experience working with CRM systems, business intelligence tools, or financial reporting platforms preferred.
