Role Overview

C.H. Robinson is looking for a Data Analyst who is passionate about transforming data into meaningful business insights. In this role, you will analyze complex data, identify trends and opportunities, and deliver actionable recommendations that drive business decisions.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum 2 years previous analytics experience developing business solutions using comprehensive, robust data assets
• Intermediate knowledge and practical application of a programming language (Python/R/Etc.)
• Intermediate proficiency with SQL (TSQL/Snowflake/Etc)
• Intermediate proficiency with Business Intelligence tools (PowerBI/Tableau/Etc)
• Advanced proficiency with MS Excel, and strong working proficiency with the broader MS Office Suite of programs
• Foundational understanding of statistical concepts and how to apply to real world data
• Comfortable working autonomously, but willingly seeks guidance
• Strong understanding of data fundamentals and passion for data integrity, testing, and validation.
• Proven ability to think creatively to develop a data model or perspective to answer challenging business problems or scenarios
• Ability to approach complex challenges from multiple perspectives and deliver innovative, effective solutions in dynamic environments
• Proactive and self-motivated learner with curiosity and drive to independently seek out knowledge, resources, and growth opportunities
• Comfortable interacting with and integrating Gen AI into daily workflows.
• Logistics and supply chain experience
• Effective communicator and data/reporting/business liaison through multiple mediums
