Role Overview

The Senior Associate will be responsible for driving market research efforts, providing valuable insights, and fostering data-driven decision-making within the organization. This role will focus on the GCC region, ensuring our brands and partners have the information needed to succeed in a dynamic and competitive landscape.

What You Will Do

The Senior Associate will be responsible for aggregating data from diverse sources, creating comprehensive reports, and presenting findings to our brands and partners. The role will also involve developing and maintaining local and regional market models, collecting and consolidating market estimates, and collaborating with brands on data verification efforts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or master’s in business, Data Analytics, Marketing, Economics, or a related field
• 4+ Years of experience as a Market Intelligence Analyst (or equivalent), preferably with a focus on the beauty industry
• Expertise in Microsoft Excel and Power BI for data analysis, visualization, and reporting
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data sets to draw actionable insights
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings in a clear and concise manner
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Familiarity with market research methodologies and competitive analysis techniques
• Passion for the beauty industry and a keen interest in staying abreast of the latest trends and innovations
• Collaborative and adaptable, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
