Senior Executive – Marketing Technology Operations (MarTech)

Role Overview

The MarTech Operations Senior Executive is the operational and technical control point for the marketing technology ecosystem. The role combines hands-on platform capability with structured service management: diagnosing issues, resolving configuration-level problems where appropriate, routing engineering defects to the accountable teams, and ensuring marketing platforms remain connected, measurable, healthy and scalable.

MarTech service management and technical triage, measurement, tagging and event health, platform operations and technical enablement, product feeds, connectors and data compatibility, launch, change and readiness assurance, automation and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• SQL: comfortable querying, joining and validating datasets for diagnosis.
• Google Tag Manager and GA4: hands-on implementation, QA, debugging and event configuration.
• Web and event tracking: understands the flow from site or app event to dataLayer, GTM and platform endpoint, and can isolate where a signal fails.
• Google Ads / Merchant Center and Meta Business Manager / Events Manager: conversion tracking, pixel and dataset setup, feed connectivity and event diagnostics.
• Product feeds and connectors (Channable, Supermetrics): feed mappings, connector configuration and health checks.
• Comfortable using LLMs and AI tools to speed up troubleshooting, while validating the output.
