Charlie Health is a rapidly growing organization that connects people to life-saving behavioral health treatment. The Recruiter will help find passionate, talented, and qualified individuals to join the Charlie Health Go to Market team.
What You Will Do
The Recruiter will create talent acquisition strategies, source qualified candidates, evaluate and interview candidates, and present them to hiring managers.

Requirements
- At least 2-5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in an agency setting
- Full-cycle recruiting experience required – ability to source candidates, manage interview process and conduct offer negotiations through close
- Strong interpersonal, relationship-building and listening skills, with a natural, consultative style
- Ability to energize, communicate, and build rapport internally and externally
- Strong project management skills, with a demonstrable ability to corral and manage details in a fast-paced, fluid environment
- Work authorized in the United States and native or bilingual English proficiency
