Senior Associate – GTM Strategy – Payments

Role Overview

The Senior Associate in GTM Strategy will help shape and execute go-to-market strategy, translating business priorities and market opportunities into actionable growth initiatives. The role will support market and client segmentation, opportunity identification, sales enablement, pipeline development, and performance tracking.

What You Will Do

Supports market and client segmentation, client targeting, and opportunity sizing to identify growth opportunities, supports pipeline development, pipeline analysis, and performance tracking to measure commercialization effectiveness, develops a strong understanding of our products and services to tailor collateral and sales enablement materials to specific markets and client needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in GTM strategy, business strategy, product strategy, consulting, sales strategy, business development, product, technology, or project management (or equivalent expertise)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data and market insights into actionable recommendations
• Experience with market segmentation, client targeting, opportunity sizing, and/or pipeline analysis
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience developing executive-ready presentations
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple initiatives and work effectively across cross-functional teams
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; working proficiency in Microsoft Word
