GTM Engineer

Role Overview

Checkr is building the data platform to power safe and fair decisions. The GTM Engineer will build the automations and systems connecting our marketing, sales, and customer success motion, and then run the campaigns that use them.

What You Will Do

Architect and maintain our martech stack, CRM, email, and support integrations via APIs and webhooks, implement AI workflows with strong human-in-the-loop oversight, build attribution models and funnel dashboards to measure revenue impact, and execute nurture and lead-generation campaigns.

Why It Might Be a Fit

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in a GTM function with a background in B2B, B2G, or SaaS, proficiency with CRMs and martech tools, and hands-on experience with LLMs, low-code/no-code tools, and technical SEO/AEO.

Requirements

• 3+ years in a GTM function (marketing, sales, RevOps, CS) with a background in B2B, B2G, or SaaS.
• Proven track record of building reliable systems, automations, and data pipelines.
• Proficiency with CRMs and martech tools (e.g., Clay, HubSpot, Salesforce, Metabase, Gong).
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, low-code/no-code tools, and technical SEO/AEO.
• Strong analytical mindset focused on system design, growth metrics (CAC, LTV), and execution.
• An A-player mindset with a strong bias for action: you raise the bar, move with urgency, stay resilient through ambiguity, and take ownership to deliver meaningful outcomes.
