Role Overview
Join Checkr’s team to strengthen the connection between Product, Operations, and Data teams. Drive process improvements, ensure data integrity, and shape product and operational strategies to deliver accurate background data to clients.
What You Will Do
Partner with teams to identify and implement process improvements, analyze data accuracy, optimize workflows, and lead data quality and parity investigations.

Requirements
- Deep understanding of the U.S. Judicial System’s processes
- Proven track record of analyzing, tracking, and improving data quality and integrity
- Experience working cross-functionally with Product Management, Engineering, Compliance, and Operations teams
- Team-oriented mindset with a focus on shared success and continuous improvement
- Experience with court data automation, web scrapers, API testing, or vendor parity testing
- Familiarity with identity resolution and name matching logic
- Experience using AI tools for analysis, prototyping, or building internal tools
- A-player mindset with a strong bias for action
