Staff Product Designer, Growth

Role Overview

Checkr is building a data platform to power safe and fair decisions. The Staff Product Designer will join the Growth team to achieve ambitious goals from customer acquisition to conversion and becoming happy customers.

What You Will Do

The Staff Product Designer will embed with the Growth team, own design work for funnel optimization, NUX, and personalization, leverage AI to create personalized customer experiences, and design growth systems, experiments, and new product features.

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of professional design experience, including 4 years on Growth teams or in ecommerce and merchandising, and a portfolio showcasing high-quality work directly impacting project success.
